My Account: MyWay allows you complete freedom to manage your account through the convenience of your TV remote. You can recharge your wallet (virtual balance), upgrade your channel pack and purchase add-on packs through the My Account section.

Recharge via Voucher: Experience a safe and secure way to recharge your wallet using the MyWay IPTV Payment Voucher.

• Scratch the security foil on the voucher to reveal the unique recharge PIN.
• Visit the My Zone section and select the option -
  My Account > Recharge Wallet > Via Voucher.
• In the Voucher Recharge dialog box, enter the unique recharge PIN, and press OK.
• A message is now displayed confirming the recharge.

Recharge via Mobile: The option allows you to recharge your wallet through mobile

• Visit the My Zone section and select the option –
  My Account > Recharge Wallet > Via Mobile
  
• A page now opens with your account details pre-filled. Enter your mobile number, recharge amount, and preferred language in which you wish to be contacted.

• Press the Green Hot Key to check the Terms and Conditions.
• Press the Green Hot Key again to Confirm and submit the form.
• Within 2-3 minutes, you will receive a call from MyWay IVR.
• Confirm the Recharge Amount and Input your 16-digit Credit Card number & CVV code.
• Upon authentication, your wallet will be credited with the specified amount.
• You can confirm the credit by re-visiting the My Account section in My Zone.

My Vault: This acts as a virtual repository of your on-demand content such as music and movies. Simply go to My Vault and enjoy your previously ordered On-Demand content at your time and convenience.

Reminders: No matter how busy your routine is, MyWay ensures that you don’t miss any of your favourite programmes or movies. It is now easy and convenient to set reminders hours or even days in advance. You get reminded through icons or pop-up messages well in time before your favourite program is about to start.

Favourites: No more endless scrolling to find your desired channel. Now you can access your frequently-watched channels easily by setting them as Favourites. MyWay makes it simple and easy to add and remove channels from your Favourites listing as and when you want.

Parental Control: MyWay offers you full control to enjoy your TV responsibly and safeguard your children’s interest. By setting up a secret code, you can block programs/channels based on their content rating. And you can of course unblock the same for your viewing purpose whenever required.

Alerts: Use the Alerts feature to get updates on MyWay service offerings. It brings you information about new subscription offers and other relevant communications from MyWay regarding your IPTV service.
